This depends on how many bathrooms and radiators you have as homes with higher demands for central heating will need boilers that have higher kW output.
The size and output of the new boiler must also match the dimensions of your house for a comfortable fit.
Where do you want it to be located?
Picking a boiler will also depend on where you plan to place it in your home because this affects how your home looks. You could save money and time if you decide to do boiler installations in the same location as your old boiler, but you may find that another location of the house works better in some cases.
How reliable is it?

The type of boiler best suited for your house will depend on factors like your needs for hot water; space in the home; energy efficiency requirements; as well as whether or not you have a gas connection.
Combi boiler
If you rent or own a small apartment, chances are, you’re working with a combi boiler. As the name suggest, combination boilers provide hot water and heat on the fly. There is no waiting for hot air or hot water.
Combi boilers are smaller than other types. Therefore, they make perfect sense for smaller properties.
