Once we receive the property addresses and the tenants phone numbers from you, we will upload them onto our system.
We will then contact the tenant and schedule in the gas safety check for a date and time that will work for them
The engineer will attend on the arranged date and once it is completed you will receive the gas certificate.
We will also update you if any problems with the boiler arise.
We will then, after you have confirmed, carry out any repairs that need doing.
Two months before its next expiry date we will send you a list of your properties and you’ll update us once again on the property details.
